In 2001 I've written my own Sega Master System and Game Gear emulator completely from scratch in ANSI-C for the Sega Dreamcast and the Gamepark GP32.

There's a new version which is rewritten using proper object-oriented C++. Furthermore, it uses cmake as the build system and SDL2
as a cross-platform software development library. There's a new debugger with wla-dx compatible symbol file support. The debugger might be quite basic right now, but it will hopefully be a powerful tool for SMS/GG homebrew software development in the future.

Doofes Lied

"Doofes Lied" is German and means "Stupid Song", expressing my frustration with it at the time. I considered this track to be unfinished but didn't quite know what was missing. But re-listening it today, it seems pretty much finished to me. Don't know what my mental hiccup was

The morsecode-like sound at the beginning of the track is a conversion of the famous Arecibo message to sound I made with my own little program.

I also created my own little MP3 player with playlist using HTML5 and JavaScript. Hope it works!

This is a prematurely abandoned track I made in February 2005. I didn't even bother to give it a proper name, the mixing is off and unfortunatenly, I didn't know how to proceed in order to finish it. But I like the melody and general mood so much. Wish I had finished it.
